My practice concentrates primarily on estate planning and estate administration. I have 18 years of experience preparing wills and trusts, and providing counsel in managing estate matters, such as probate, estate settlement and trust administration.
Some of the documents I may prepare are both simple and complex wills, revocable trusts, special needs trusts, family partnerships, powers of attorney, advance directives, and many other documents.
I can also assist with starting and running non-profit organizations, and I have extensive experience handling business, real property and personal injury matters.
